In Luke 10, Jesus reminds us:

"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest." (Luke 10:2)  

Pray earnestly for God to raise up and send out new laborers—ordinary people, forged by the gospel and fueled by the Spirit—into every neighborhood, every nation, every corner of the world.
